CONFERENCE

Our early bird sale applies until 31st August 2020.

If you have ordered your Conference merchandise by 31st August 2020, you would likely receive it before Conference 2020.
Any orders placed after 31st August 2020 will be subjected to processing and shipping times.
All orders will be shipped to your nominated address, and cannot be collected from any Kingdomcity Hub.

Unfortunately all conference-related merchandise are final sale and non-refundable. We would encourage you to check the size guides carefully before making your purchase.

Once orders are received, our team works hard to promptly process and dispatch orders, so as a result, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations.

Our Conference merchandise has limited stock, so we recommend you to purchase prior to the Conference to ensure you don't miss out.
Any remaining items will still be available for purchase on the Kingdomcity Store, until sold out.

All items that are currently available for purchase, including merch from previous Kingdomcity Conferences, are all online.

ORDERS

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please be sure to check the estimated shipping timeframes. Yes you can! All international orders are processed and shipped from our store in Malaysia.

Oh no, we are so sorry! We will make every effort to replace the product in a timely fashion or should the item be out of stock, we will issue you a store credit voucher. Simply email a photograph of the faulty product, a short description, and proof of purchase to store.my@kingdomcity.com and our team will be able to assist you.

All orders will be shipped to your preferred address. No physical collection at a church campus or office is available at this time.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight of items.

Please be informed that there are significant delays in all shipping due to the lack of available flights. In some cases, international orders can take up to 30 days to receive. We would like to thank you for your patience during this uncertain time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Simply click on the link and you’ll be able to stay up to date with the status of your shipment. Oooops so sorry to hear that, mistakes do happen. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to help you resolve the issue. Unfortunately, if the delivery address has been entered incorrectly or incompletely and the product has already been shipped, we recommend you contact the postal service or courier company to see if they would be able to redirect your package. If the package is returned to us, we are happy to re-ship it to your correct address, with additional shipping costs at your own expense.

That shouldn't be a problem, but we recommend checking with the courier company for their terms of delivery. Delivery guidelines from the local courier company may apply. Some will make attempts to deliver your parcel at a convenient time, others may leave the parcel in a safe place that is convenient for your collection.

RETURNS

Our desire is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return a product, please email us at store.my@kingdomcity.com. We will gladly accept returns on all full-priced and non-conference-related merchandise within 60 days of receipt. Returned products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. A full refund will be made by way of the original payment method.

Please note: all discounted items, conference-related merchandise, downloaded products and jewellery cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, all returns must go directly through the Online Store and cannot be processed at local campuses. Simply email store.my@kingdomcity.com and our team will assist in your return and refund.

That’s easy. Simply follow these three steps.

  1. Email our team so they’re aware of your issue.
  2. Print off your receipt, circle the order number and the item you’re returning.
  3. Mail back the product with the receipt in the package.

All discounted items, conference-related merchandise, and downloadable products are final sale and non-refundable. Due to hygiene considerations, jewellery and coffee cups are non-refundable as well.

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or colour, you may return your unwanted item and place a new order. Please refer to our refund policy above.

We will endeavor to process your refund within 10 business days upon receipt of your product’s return.

No, you may make a purchase and checkout as a guest, but signing up for an account will make your next purchase much quicker and easier. When you sign up for an account, you will also receive the latest news and announcements on new product launches and sales.
